Hunter Land Clearing is a land clearing and forestry mulching business in New Braunfels, Texas. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and who it reaches. We have tried to write it plainly rather than in legal language.
The short version. We collect what you type into our estimate form so we can quote your job and contact you about it. We don't sell your information, we don't advertise to you, and this website runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies of any kind.
What we collect
Only what you give us. If you request an estimate or use the contact form, that is:
- Your name, phone number and email address — so we can reach you
- The property address and the area you outline on the map, including its approximate coordinates and acreage — so we can size and price the work
- Anything you write in the notes
We also record publicly available parcel information for the property you enter — the county and the recorded boundary — which comes from Texas public land records, not from you.
If we carry out work for you, we add details of that job: quoted and final price, scheduled dates, progress, and any photographs we take on site.
Why we collect it
To prepare your estimate, contact you about it, schedule and carry out the work, invoice you, and keep a record of jobs we have done. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it to advertise to you and we do not build a profile of you.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It reaches other companies only where they provide part of this website:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Job tracking links
If we send you a link to track your job, that page shows your name, property address, the work area, job status, price and dates. It deliberately does not show your phone number, email address or our internal notes.
The link contains a long random code and is not listed or indexed anywhere — but anyone you forward it to can open it. Please share it only with people you're happy to see those details.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel and no third-party tracker. Our staff pages store a sign-in token in the browser, but that applies to our own team, not to visitors.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests and job records are kept for as long as we are working with you and afterwards as business records — normally several years, so we can answer questions about past work and meet tax and insurance obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Just call or email using the details below and we'll take care of it. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; we'll honour the same requests from anyone.
Children
This website is for property owners arranging work and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
Information is held in Amazon Web Services with access limited to Hunter Land Clearing staff, and our staff pages require an individual sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, but we don't keep payment card details on this website at any point.
Changes
If we change how we handle information we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
